The Beethoven Festival kicks off with classical beginnings, Symphony No. 1, paired with the game-changing Symphony No. 3. ‘Eroica.’ Originally dedicated to Napoleon Bonaparte, the heroic Third represents the composer’s revolt against tyranny, revolutionizing music like no other symphony that came before.
